For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the
intersection of education, leadership and cultural transformation - from
classrooms to boardrooms, from radio studios to remote communities.
My work is grounded in the belief that belonging is not a privilege, it’s a necessity. When people feel seen, valued and connected to purpose,
they rise. This belief has driven my career as an educator, school principal, broadcaster, facilitator and founder of two transformative ventures: RneuD, focused on neuroscience-based leadership and wellbeing, and I B’LONG, a movement restoring identity and resilience in communities affected by disconnection and trauma.
I deliver learning experiences that stick - grounded in neuroscience, lived experience and cultural intelligence. My facilitation style is interactive, artful and emotionally resonant. Whether it’s in a one-day staff session or a long-term leadership journey, I help teams reconnect with who they are, what they bring, and why they matter.
